Elaine Lee has a passion for helping others which lead her to starting her own business Young Educated Sisters (Y.E.S.) to help young ladies learn valuable life skills.

Elaine Lee attended Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL where she received her Degree in Communications.

 Her career in the field of mentoring and etiquette training has helped her to strive for excellence and success in nurturing our youth.

She has established herself with the Chicago school system as well as Urban Solutions to help shape, empower and uplift young ladies from all ethnic backgrounds. Her mission is to help mold our young ladies to be empowered, confident and successful young women.

At Young Educated Sisters(Y.E.S.), Elaine supervises many volunteers and developed and implemented courses ranging from self - esteem, finances and domestic skills.

Elaine often says that “knowledge of self goes a long way” and she works hard to teach young ladies they can be what ever they want to be and all they need to do is believe in themselves. But most importantly love yourself first.

The incredible impact of Y.E.S has lead Elaine to pursue her dream of owning the nations best keep secret for the growth potential and development of our young ladies.

Elaine often seizes the moment when she sees a young lady in need and she says “Smile Sweetie” It may not be as bad as you think.
